| I know this might sound strange but can we make new lows. I'm personally starting to think we cant. Just feels to fast. I think we will run out of steam just before $3.00 corn and around 9.00 beans.
I think this will lead to a tighter range for the next year and price hovering around break even to below. I'll try and list some of the reasons.
1 corn to bean ratio. Don't think it will fall below 2.8 to 1
2. Should have arc payment
3. Farmer age and money.
4. Good yields
5. Spending has been .cut back.
6. Prices have not been low enough long enough.
7. Equity has not been totally destroyed yet.
Just some thoughts I've been thinking about.
