Just gave 3k an acre for 150 corn 48 bean type of ground. 150 acres all tillable with a little work. About 145 currently tillable. Needs some tile/waterway/tree clean up to make it a perfect farm. Is a 62 avg in the Nebraska system. I've never seen soils go above 70 in our area. Way more under 50 for a farm avg.
