I'm not aware of any manufacturers claiming better than sub-inch (2.5cm) accuracy at 8mi (13km).
Novatel does with the Smart6-L. I've done a lot of static testing with this receiver and it performs as advertised. In fact, it's usually better.
So does the slight increase in static accuracy (at the receiver), translate into any kind of verifiable and repeatable improved performance on the ground?
