SW Ohio | not even close to your situation, but when we still milked cows, we had a reclaimer on the milk cooler that filled a 80 gallon el water heater tank that was not powered, it fed into the second elec tank that was, most of the time incoming temp was around 120 from the storage tank into the heating tank. Not knowing anything about codes, but yes you can hook two tanks in series, have no idea of efficiency or how to set them. | |
