IL | Have him go to the courthouse and get a copy of the ticket report an pictures of any evidence collected against him (what the cop pulled out of the cooler). If they don't allow it have him file a motion of discovery, this allows him to see all evidence against him. If there is no physical evidence then he can file a motion for dismissal.
When he gets the report, there will be one because of confiscated evidence, read it before throwing money at a lawyer! Not calling your son a liar, but I was 20 at one time and not exactly as pure as the driven snow. | |
