Right or wrong at my place EVERY TICKET no matter how trivial must be fought. It isn't so much the fact of guilt or innocence it is the fact that lots of these tickets air revenue tickets having nothing to do with public safety or the greater good.
Google probable cause as well as civil forfeiture and read and that will explain why I make them take the stance they do-------------
