MIP is just that minor in possession. MIC is the one in line that they might of gone after as well with probable cause Minor in Consumption .Be happy they didn't get both tickets . He can still join the military as well as be a cop with the MIP. I dont think he can play a piano though------unless he did before the crime was committed. Get a lawyer give it a whirl but tell him the next booze related deal is on him . Then hope it ends there. | |
