Western-Central Lower Michigan | I think you can get the ISO direct download from microsoft, burn it to a dvd or USB drive. then when you go to install use the upgrade and select keep files and documents. Although if you are sure you have all your doc's and files there is an option to keep nothing (clean install). You are entitled to a free upgrade, and it should auto authenticate because that computer has the "key" in the bios. Just say you dont have the key and after the computer is online, it will authenticate. (should)
