Subject: RE: Bypass Router??

Northern Illinois
thanks. The reason I was wanting to know if I could do this is that we are getting poor internet signals. Our internet provider said our router is bad over the phone. I am not 100% sure about that so I was wanting to have a signal before the router and one after the router. That way if internet is good with cable bypassing the router and internet poor using the router then I would know the issue is on my end and I would need to replace the router. If service was poor both ways then I would be able to say the problem was with the internet provider.
