So if corn goes down .50 you're "protected" from losing $25???

If a guy is going to use the board to "protect" himself wouldn't using the commodity your raising be a smarter move?

Just looking for different ideas Jim-the feeder board seems to be less used-I guess no different then buying natural gas on the board to hedge nh3-which has not worked lately
