North East Wimmera district of Victoria. | G'day again, Thanks for the helpful advice re suction rails or hand holds, and the final thought of getting 'at it' from the opposite side of the wall, and putting a backing board in the wall to support the rail. OK - that would be the safest way to go. we are in our early 70's, I've had a hip replacement, now my wife has had a knee done. We may need the permanent rail! Photos show the tap side of the shower, and the wall I am most likely to attack, over a bath. Any advice as to any method of removing the tiles, presumably glued to waterproof building board of some type. Is it a case of they [the tiles] are going to be destroyed, or just maybe not! Only one row - 6 tiles would nee to be removed, to get some timber in behind the shower tiles and give me something to screw the rail mounts into. I am reasonably practical, quite happy to take the job on if I get some good suggestions! Thanks again!
