Central IL | Mostly flat, square plot land, we have one field that is split by a creek, but it is the next county over and takes us 40 minutes to get there by tractor, we've been trying to get rid of it for some time now, but our neighbor seems to think that his land (with the same creek running though it) is worth at least 12k, and then only thinks ours is worth around 6, so its hard to expand or to get rid of it. | |
