Western Iowa | I haven't had that issue, but it is pretty easy to see the drains when you flip the cab up. Lock the loader arms all the way up in the air. Take a 3/4 gear wrench and take the 2 nuts off in the front corners of the cab and raise the cab up. On the bottom of the cab there is a large plastic 'pan' that just has some snap locks holding it on. Real easy to see the drains on the corners of the pans as well.
There should be a small rubber flapper thing on each of the drain holes. I have seen them missing before because when you look around in the pan your back can sometimes rub one off and you don't realize it. IIRC that can let it breath in some dust plugging the drain hole
It just has to be that those drain holes are plugged, and it is real simple to get to them.
