I'd have to dig up an old invoice but it's not cheap, I think around $1200 maybe? As far as a harness ask him if he's got a bad Field IQ harness laying around and just cut the ends off. All you need is the two square connectors with all of the wires going into it.
Since it rained I went out to the field and play around with my Hagie and I think if you just tied sections 1-4 into a single switch of some sort it should work just like you want.
