This is a raven replacement system. I have the original manual section control switches on the console of the sprayer, but they always stay in the off position in order to let automatic control do its thing.
I was thinking the same thing on the switch box.
Maybe I'll just wire it up and give it a try. I know sometimes it has surprised me that it's apparently smarter than I think. (Of course some times it tries to out think me and it drives me nuts)
