Subject: Field IQ custom wiring. Remote section control switching?

Paxton, IL
Does anyone know if there's any way to splice into a Field IQ harness in order to allow me to control sections on and off remotely?

I know, just mount the 12 section switch box somewhere you could get at it. The problem is I have 8 sections on my sprayer, and there are a lot of times I quickly want to be able to turn half of the sprayer on and off. It can be a job to consistently hit 4 switches with everything going on in the cab. I'm thinking I have a switch for the foam markers on my hydrostat lever that I'm not using and it would be nice to set that up to control half the boom on and off.

I was thinking of setting the switch up to power some relays that would break the circuit to the section valves. I already have the pinout for the harness so that would be pretty easy to do. The problem I see is that the switching would be taking place after the control output from Field IQ. So I could shut of the sections, but the controller wouldn't adjust the rate accordingly.

I'm thinking I'd almost have to open up a 12 section switch box and somehow tie into it at that level to accomplish what I want.
