Main desktop computer updated itself to Win10 a month ago. Wife's laptop used to print thru a network to printer connected to desktop computer. Now her laptop says, "cannot start print......error occurred while printing....".

But, no error occurred while printing because printing never started.

Laptop is probably still Win 8.

Any suggestions on how to get the laptop/desktop back in synch?
