Subject: Most Cost Effective way to have a Combine

West Central Illinois
Run a s680 and don't want to downgrade. Every dang payment you make it seems like it depreciates that much. After you pay it off its worth penny on the dollar. Then as you get them in higher hours these newer combines seem to be riddle with costly breakdowns in terms of parts, service to fix, and the time lost in harvesting. Should a guy just lease? Should you trade for a new every year? Trade for a barely used one every year? Or just pay it off and except the outrageous value lost and headaches you will get.

And I get that some of you guys still uses 00 and 50 series and are proud of it. There's just no freaking way I'm going to keep one that old.
