I laughed my head off at the store recently, center cut salmon filets, about a pound a piece, in individual packaging, $10 or so. Walk over to the fish market counter and the same thing is 8.95 a #. So I'm paying another $1.05 for pretty packaging? I could care less about that! I bought the $8.95 salmon and we enjoyed every bite.
