Looking at Picatinny rail for a rifle and they list it as being 20 MOA. Now I understand 1 MOA is one inch at 100 yards, i.e. one minute of angle in shooting below 1 MOA would be a group smaller than 1 inch at 100 yards or less than 2 inches at 200 yards and so on. But I can't find an explanation about a scope mount that is listed as having 0, 10 or 20 MOA. I can't understand making something tilt down what seems to be 20 inches at 100 yards.
