Subject: Please explain MOA scope mount

East central Iowa

Looking at Picatinny rail for a rifle and they list it as being 20 MOA.

Now I understand  1 MOA is one inch at 100 yards, i.e. one minute of angle in shooting below 1 MOA would be a group smaller than 1 inch at 100 yards or less than 2 inches at 200 yards and so on.  But I can't find an explanation about a scope mount that is listed as having 0, 10 or 20 MOA.  I can't understand making something tilt down what seems to be 20 inches at 100 yards.

Please look at this page and see how they list it and see if you can explain it to me.

Thank you to anybody that succeeds.
