| You are not alone. It is happening in many rural churches.
Chances are your bylaws do not address this question, but there should be something about
a majority vote on most issues.

My parents church had to close their declining church a few years ago, but now they are
doing well worshipping in a nearby church where they know many of the members.
So it may be good for the spiritual health of the members.
