High Springs, Florida | You could start by purchasing ground chicken at the grocery store. That would save a lot of work. Or just buy a bunch of boneless thighs and breasts. Just follow a standard sausage recipe and use ground chicken instead of pork or beef.
I tried one of those kits, sold at places like Bass Pro and Cablela's. Wayyyyyy to salty for my tastes.
