Always eat by the table and pray before every meal (which I have done all my life) Breakfast at 2am (a habit from milking days and just never stopped) Dinner at 11am and Supper (between 4:30 and 5pm. Since my wife came down with Dementia ,Son does a VERY good job of cooking. things are going to fast , not to sit down and eat together
