sw ontario | As kids in the '60's the family always ate dinner/supper to-gether,no TV, radio,distractions,sometimes we even talked to each other AND you ate what was on the table or went hungry. Now wife and I seldom eat in kitchen or at the table ,TV,computer,ect. on....bad lifestyle.......when Grandchildren are here we do eat at table,no distractions.....I am surprised how many "older" couples eat in front of TV......Son has friends in Texas who have built big houses with extravagant,large kitchens but eat out at 8 pm. most every night...after reading cottonhaulers wifes post I realized we need too change our lifestyle/habits | |
