Our pharmacy will take them and dispose of them provided they come in the original prescription container.
When we were moving Mom and Dad out of their apartment into assisted living 2 young lads offered me cash for any unused meds they didn't need. Separate instances, so it must be a common practice among drug seeking thugs.
