Subject: RE: southern Iowa corn replant

We replanted in that timeframe in 2014. Replanted a 99 day and a 102. 99 made 130-140. 102 made 170. That was a bad year for northern leaf blight. The 99 day took it hard even with a pre-tassle application of fungicide. A second application probably would have made me another 30bu. The corn tassled around the second week of August. We had a favorable growing season and a decent fall and it dried down pretty good.
