Central KY | A new to me 5130 was in the shop and tech noticed the 3 pt hitch valve was leaking (under cab above right rear wheel). Said they found a damaged o-ring and replaced it.
Ran the tractor for about 15 hours and oil started shooting out the bottom of the valve. Removed 4 allen head bolts last night and took the cover off the bottom of the 3 pt valve (Rexroth brand). O-ring appears intact. My valve does not match the representation on the Case IH online parts book of the valve. Any ideas why the valve is leaking?
Prior to this issue, the 3 point would not hold position, even though cab dial was set to position. The 3 point kept floating around when hooked to disc mower. Is all this related?
