Southern MN | Case IH 5240 The transmission forward/Neutral/Reverse lever feels like it is loose. It appears that a 'rubber band' or spring broke. It looks like to get at it, I need to take the steering wheel off. I remove the nut holding the wheel on, but it does not move. Any tips on what my next step needs to be?
