Eastern Iowa | For two hundred hogs I would look at something natural ventilated, instead of power ventilated. Both operating and up front costs would be lower. You won't have the need for the width or length that makes power ventilation beneficial.
I'd also consider going wider and shorter on the building. I think 30x60 would be an easier size building to site and lower cost to build without the extra added length, and still have ample space for 200+ animals.
There's a lot of benefit to a confinement, I just think that the size building you are talking about will be extremely cost prohibitive over a hoop.
