West Central, IA | Just had one of the best customer support experiences of my life. Was struggling with my ix500 scanner since the update this winter, would scan a few pages and then error out. Got frustrated enough and called customer support this morning (California office). Beth in customer supported walked me thru about 2 dozen things (scanner and computer related) and we are back in action, even faster than it was before I think. She spoke perfect English and knew her sh-t! Plenty of bad customer support experiences out there so thought I would shine some light on a good one once. |
