| Have rebuilt planters for years but have never had scrapers wear out this fast. Totally rebuilt row units and found scrapers worn after running four days. I think they were A & I products. Not real sure though. Might be JD. They snugged up real tight against the opener blade when I bolted them on but not anything unusual about the fit. The openers and gauge wheels were shimmed correctly. Wasn't planting into any sand. There is really no adjusting to these type of scrappers. What am I missing here?
