Coldwater, Michigan | Buy sheets that will fit your mattress. Some are pillow top and some are not. If you have a pillow top mattress you will need a deeper pocket on your fitted sheet to fit it nicely. If it isn't pillow top then a more standard sheet might be better for you.
Higher thread count is more comfortable as I become older. Cotton is good! I sweat a lot, so the cotton helps.
You may not want satin sheets. They are hot in the summer. Now if you want sheets for that special occasion, satin can be fun! They are very slick. Don't push the pillow too hard or it will be on floor.
