Same farm as t-boss SC IA | It is a good Mother's Day so far around here. The sun is shining...not so much smoke haze in the air...the kids are coming for a visit...and I lost another lb!! I saw a number on the scale this morning that I have not seen in so very long!! I'm now officially 3 lbs away from my target goal & I am determined to hit that yet this summer. I know that doesn't sound like a lot...but for someone who has hung around the same weight for far too long....I think I might just make it! I got lots of steps=miles in this past week & while I had a sore body too many nights....apparently it all helped make for a weight loss. Ok...I ate better too which was due to Von being that voice in my head again! Thanks Von...
