Subject: Prefix or generic counterpart?

Looking at putting prefix on soybeans. is there a generic equivalent?   Also is there any advantage to mixing my own with generic products.....   neighbor was telling me he was told that mixing my own with generic products was not as good as using the real thing.  Syngenta would probably agree but would like to get some opinions from you all out there. Thanks in advance for your help

Vice is one of the options.

It's been 2 or 3 seasons ago, so don't hold me to it today, but at one point I looked into mixing my own with generic metalachlor and fomesafen and could not do it cheaper than just buying the Prefix.

I can't say for sure but I'd swear flexstar does a better job killing Waterhemp than Prefix with an equal rate of fomesafan. Maybe my imagination, maybe weeds are just getting tougher to kill. I will still use Prefix anyhow.....don't know about pricing for generics but I haven't been able to make my own cheaper.
