I took forever to leave NT and later XP pro and see no reason to leave 7. I allowed a PC at my hog sheds to update and it definitely wasn't an improvement in performance, and, to add insult to injury, the ages old solitaire was gone. I have not reviewed earlier posts on this, but to me the direction is towards the original terminal/server model of computing where your PC has just enough umph to run a browser. Applications and storage (and probably computing power) are all supposed to be in the cloud. Win 7 (maybe 8 a little) were the last OS's that were based on the stand alone PC concept (software, storage and computer power all in one machine).

Solitare games can be downloaded from MS, I dont have the link, but I have did the download and its the exact same games as on W7. I think on the latest version of W10 MS put the card games back(new style though) on cause so many folks complained.
