central ontario | The government has a restriction of something like 50 or 75k of money a citizen can take out of the country yet they come into the west coast of Canada and have they mean average price of a home bid up too 1.7million or something like that,they come in with cash.Even in Toronto the one builder told me they are buying homes worth about the same all cash.
Here in farm country out of the last 5 or 6 farms sold it has been Chinese money buying 5 of the 6 farms sold.There has been a lot of money leaving China and effecting our real estate markets up here.This money is leaving by the suitcase full and buying here.
After seeing how they are building those islands in international waters by digging up the reefs this country disgusts me.Total disregard for international laws. | |
