S Illinois
If those are the USDA S&D numbers, the stocks are reported on a Oct 1 to sept 30 calander year. Argentinian carry out numbers are like if the US endings stocks were taken as what we had on hand as of March 1. Year to year they can be compared but in absolute terms they don't show the whole situation.

Edit: brazil is also reported on this schedule, but due to their massive early season export program, the ending stocks are more realistic whereas Argentina is more likely to hold beans just due to the fact that most of theirs are exported as meal which means soybeans are needed year round.
