If you want to farm and you have the opportunity to buy the farm go for it. I farmed 32 years with my dad getting no pay for what I did on his farms thinking I would have a chance to buy his farms when he retired. Neighbors rent all his and he told all the landlords we had I wasnt farming anymore. 55 years old and I work for a farmer. Sounds like a good deal to me... go for it
