North Central Illinois | It sounds as if you might not be cut out for farming. Did you grow up on a farm or have farm experience before you met your wife? Do you have an idea for another occupation that would afford you the opportunity to make a living and spend more time with your family? Is it going to cause trouble between you and your wife if you leave the farm? These are all important questions. If you were not born and raised on a farm you might not be cut out for the lifestyle. There is nothing wrong with that. Not everyone is cut out for farming. How does your wife feel about your reservations concerning the farm? There is nothing worse than going thru life doing something you don't like. Life can be tough enough with a lot of different challenges without the added stress of hating your job.
