We seen to have a lot of leftovers from supper since we have been low carbing. If not usually have some salad with deli ham most of the time. If we eat out we have a burger patty with cheese and whipped califlower at one place a few miles from us. I usually have bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, if not I have an Atkins meal bar.
