That's a diet Coke with Splenda 0 carbs 0 calories.

The Brussel sprouts and food pyramid pics were references to another article I posted. Low carb version of snickerdoodle cookies and illustrations of high carb load found in cereal and milk are the other pics.


3 More recent articles on low carb from Mr. Denninger. Somewhat stronger language but is meant to get people to understand what is going on and pointing out the pharma connection to get people on more pills instead of understanding how their metabolic system is being compromised by poor dietary advice from a lot of so called experts.
