We think it's a joke, never worked well at all. Have been in areas that have no service, many times we tried we were told they could not understand us. A couple of times they ask us to roll up the window, the noise was too bad but the window was up. Maybe it's improved this was several years ago, I would much rather just rely on my cell phone.
