If I am motivated enough I can move it by hand, usually though we use the 4 wheeler (have to be careful not to move it too fast or the dumb slow ones will get smushed). It is 18.5' x 9' and houses 125-150 comfortably. We only use this for a group or two of broilers per year, or to start a group of pullets. The layers have the run of the farm and at dusk they head to a shed where we lock them up at night.
I really think you need to plan on weighting yours down with something, or a strong wind or a hungry dog will have it upside-down in no time.
