| I have a plate from Titan Attachments that lets you put any receiver hitch in it, I use it all the time for lifting/moving trailers and farm machinery last fall when we got a 5th wheel camper I took a short piece of pipe big and deep enough to slide over/around the king pin welded it to a flat plate of steel and drilled a hole it so it was easy to bolt to a normal receiver hitch, works great to move it around and it much handier than using the pick-up.
I also switched my gooseneck trailer over to the 5th wheel kingpin style because it sets up higher in the back of the pickup and with a crew cab it is a 1000 times easier to hook up trailers, also can do everything from outside the box and not a 100 percent sure but on camper trailer when using that style hookup safety chains are not required, have no idea but assuming the same would apply for a gooseneck trailer with kingpin hook up also.
