Sometimes spring threshed flax is a #1 and then it's sample here. Nice to see the 7721 still kicking butt Yes, I am lucky ground conditions permit me to pull a heavy combine without getting stuck. Not expecting too much on grade but we will see what Viterra thinks it is. Worst right now is the stress of never knowing when the straw wrapping on the return shaft above the cylinder is going to cause a fire. With the heavy dust layer throughout the machine I think it would be out of control pretty quick. Dry and dusty straw wrapping on a smooth polished steel shaft seems inconceivable but it happens regularly this spring. Be glad when the job is done. One more day. |
