Subject: Timing of Tebuconazole for wheat stripe rust?

perryton, tx
If I'm correct Tebuconazole is a curative product rather than a preventative. We've had a little bit of stripe rust on lower leaves the last several weeks but now we're heading out and I found the first scattering of pustules on a few flag leaves this morning. Weather conditions are ideal for stripe rust spread-I don't want to spray too soon and have to do it again but obviously I don't want to wait too long either. Any input appreciated.
