| Rookie at covers. Seeded annual rye last August hoping for winter kill. Lots came back this spring. Sprayed quart of powermax with harness xtra and 32%. I waited 8 days and did not see much herbicide activity. Did not have courage to no-till without seeing rye dying. Field cultivated and planted. Some may still be alive. Temps were in high 60s after spraying.
I still have cereal rye to kill for soybeans. Northern Iowa. Like to hear some tips. | |
