Subject: RE: When to intervene? (Scours)

Just outside downtown Prairie Hill
I would treat the calf with the squirts. A few years ago someone on the forum suggested Bio Moss tubs when we were going thru a scour wreck. We now routinely vaccinate cows and use Bio Moss tubs at calving. We put the tubs out during our wreck and saw dramatic results in a couple of days. We also use a calf catch hook. Its the only way we would catch one. Good luck
