Mine have been getting to the point its like a garden hose shooting out the back of them.

What Ive been watching for are the ones that are dopey and depressed looking. Gotta catch them early in the morning, as they are just waking up, so you know they didnt drink earlier. They may get up to nurse, but if you watch they only do so for 2 or 3 mins and either stand there with their head down in a daze, or lay right down again. So they aren't drinking enough, and quickly get dehydrated and weaker.

So by that point it was best to remove them from their mothers and pen them so I knew how much they were getting.
