AB Curves is so much easier as was said because it is like straight track in the sense that the tracking lines are already made and you can engage auto steer on a turn when your tractor gets close to the AB line.
I wish they could make Adaptive Curves pickup the line sooner on a turn. That is biggest drawback. So unless your contours are not too sharp, AB Curves is much easier.
